"Great apartment with added bonus of hot tub and fabulous sea views . A lovely clean complex. Pool area was great and staff in the poolside bar were really friendly and the food there was excellent. The location was a little further from the Old Town than we would have liked but a short walk to the main road and there are plenty of Dolmus or taxis you can take. We walked on a couple of occasions which took around an hour.."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house and general compound area are clean and well-kept, the view of the beach is gorgeous, and it's lovely to be able to relax to the sound of waves. The beach walk is great especially in the morning, and there is access to the beach itself for swimming. The walk into historic Side is very scenic as well. Murat was always helpful and responsive, especially while making last-minute changes to our stay dates, which we very much appreciated....

"We had a lovely 11 nights at Tim’s boutique. Everything was as described. Hinako (the owner) was so helpful and answered all questions. Property was good. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to your door, but you’ll only be doing it twice a day (hopefully) so doable. Bright and airy, with more than enough space for a family of 5. We had a great holiday"

"We arrived at the property at 11:30pm following a 4.5 hour flight and a further 55 minute transfer only to discover to our horror, that the owner had double booked the property for the first 2 nights of our stay. "We had a great week at this apartment, which had everything we needed. We had a one year old with us, and really appreciated the wooden cot with proper mattress (not just a travel one), highchair and stair gate. Both kids loved the on site pool and park and having the poolside bar/restaurant was also very handy. All beds were comfortable and communication from booking until the end of our stay was great. "The apartment is spacious in a quiet complex at the edge of Side. Supermarket, restaurants and taxi rank are just around the corner. Never met the property manager. All 3 bedrooms have proper beds (not sofa bed in bed 2 as per the listing.) lounge has a sofa bed. Everything was clean. Flat has been freshly painted (July 22) but not properly checked.
