The split-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate living spaces, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or small groups exploring Alaska.



Vaulted ceilings bring beautiful natural light into the upstairs living area, while blackout curtains throughout the home help create a restful space during Alaska’s bright summer evenings. The back deck overlooks the greenbelt, where wildlife is frequently seen passing through the area, including moose.



One bathroom features a clawfoot soaking tub with shower, heated-seat bidet, and towel warmer for a little extra comfort after a day outdoors. The second bathroom includes a newly remodeled walk-in shower.
