About this property
Downtown at your Doorstep
- Modern downtown Anchorage home with access to coastal trail for biking and walking, 4 blocks to a park, 1 block to New Sagaya city market and Chickadee coffee shop. Museum, train station, restaurants, shops, etc. are between 2-8th Avenues, a short walk. Three bedrooms, 4 beds, 3 bathrooms with 1 a master bath, full kitchen, living and family rooms with TV in each room, laundry room. About 2200 square feet. One negative: There are 12 steps down to other 2 bedrooms, a challenge to navigate for some older guests with their luggage.
