"Nice, comfortable house that had healthy snacks, beverages for guests to use. The restaurant across the street had awesome chowder! We missed the email (sent in Jan, when we made the reservation) so check-in was tough in May. I recommend watching for it if you stay here, but it's a good place to stay.. "

"You will have a wonderfully clean apt. and comfortable. The reality of the homeless population in the area is stark but we were not bothered. Twenty minute walk to wonderful bike rentals and restaurants."

"The only thing i can criticize about our stay is that it is not really clear that there is a long stair way that needs to be used to access the property. We had a diabled person with us and it took us a bit of doing to get him up and down the stairs."

"The property was clean and very comfortable, and included many of those small amenities that one has at home but doesn’t always think about when traveling. It was a quiet neighborhood and a central location. Casey (the host) was very welcoming as well."

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."
