"Great idea but not quite "it". The view is amazing, but it feels like you are invading someone's home, since the hostess and her family lives there. The tents are nice but not sealed up like a real tent so the bugs are in your tent with you. The chairs on the decks are not comfortable to just sit and enjoy the view, but it doesn't feel comfortable enough to go sit anywhere else. The toilets definitely need to change. "The folks running the place are the nicest people you'll ever meet. The ocean views and balcony were wonderful. There are fireplaces and Jacuzzis in the room. It was super peaceful. You are definitely in a small beach town, so you may be a bit limited as far as food and beverage options, but they make it work. There are restaurants and a coffee/smoothie place right down the hill. "
