"My fiancé and I had a 5 star long weekend. The best thing that can possibly happen on a vacation is going to a hotel and walking into your assigned room, to find out it is 1000 times nicer than you were expecting. This was the case at the Plaza. The view was amazing, the room was clean, the housekeeping was superb, the front desk answered every question over and over. "The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

"Room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The view of the sea was amazing especially from the balcony. There was a beach across the street which was a two minute walk, there was a nicer beach with sunbeds and umbrella just a one minute drive down the road. Leonidas and the girl at the reception desk were excellent hosts."
