"Awesome 3 night stay in early May in a nicely decorated and refurbished over water bungalow. Quiet and tranquil. Spectacular views from all the bungalows and around the property. Excellent service. A hands on general manager who personally greets each guest and who was always available for questions and comments. As an avid paddle boarder I enjoyed use of the boards provided for guests. The bungalows sit in waist deep water perfect for swimming, walking, or watching the Eagle Rays swim by."

"We loved the location of this property. Unfortunately, this place only has 5 good overwater bungalows. The rest are in such shallow water &, or the views are restricted by the other bungalows that are in front of them. I'm sorry to say it, but both the breakfast & Saturday night BBQ buffet, was absolutely horrible. The most watery powdered eggs, I've ever seen, bacon wasn't crispy at all & the options were lacking to say the least for breakfast. Lets just say there's a reason is free. As for the $65 a person BBQ & dance show, do yourself a huge favor & SKIP IT!!! Trash food all the way. Alcohol beverages taste like pure juice & barely had any alcohol. The staff were friendly & the dogs/animals around the property were sweet & loving. I hope this place makes some small changes, because it has so much potential"

Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora

"Given the name, reputation and the price level, the Four Seasons Bora Bora was somewhat of a disappointment. Yes, it's a prestigious hotel with one of the best locations in the world, amenities and services to match, but the Four Seasons also comes with high level expectations which were certainly not met. While the food was top quality, the selection less so, especially at breakfast. The buffet offered exactly one type of juice-not sure if it was fresh or not, and one ice tea. One juice at the Four Seasons? Two other resorts we visited on this trip offered 8 and 6 juice kinds respectively. The fresh fruit and other item selection was also good quality, but limited choice. We have had better options at some all-inclusives in Mexico. The transfer to the main island when leaving was an unpleasant experience curated by incompetent staff. The boat was leaving while our luggage was still on shore. Luckily we noticed and they had to come back to retrieve it. The boat staff also had an unpleasant, begrudging attitude when we reached the main island. We had to request our luggage specifically, otherwise it probably would have been left on the boat. Some customer service training might be useful for these particularly disagreeable staff. Lastly, while the rooms were beautifully designed, decorated and spotlessly clean, 8 out of 10 pillows on the two beds had a funky, musty, cheesy smell. Luckily there were two that were actually useable. Perhaps they could change them more often?"

"Great overwater bungalow for a great price! Rooms were actually bigger than I expected-especially the bathroom (nice size). The bathroom floor and especially the shower could have used some additional cleaning. Air conditioners work very well-kitchen was well stocked! Bathroom towels were nice and thick and bed linens soft. (Beds are very firm though). Great communication! Nir and his wife were so kind and helpful! Outdoor patio was huge and so nice to watch the marine life and boats go by. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again! A great place to make memories! Thank you!!"

"This trip was a dream come true of all dreams!!!! From the moment we got off the plane at Bora Bora airport, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind blowing flavors!!! Some friends who stayed at The Four Seasons tried eating at The Lagoon, but were rightfully turned away..... it should remain only for guests. But the others were outstanding a well. The main pool was fun to be around with the swim up bar a chill place. Do visit the peace and quiet of the adults pool with 5 private cabanas with a beautiful surroundings... it's underrated. The beach on the property was just gorgeous, but bring water shoes. There are some sharp broken coral or rocks the first like 10 feet when you walk in the water..... go and enjoy the hammock over the water with the views of the stunning Mt Otemanu. The sea doo tour with or without the lunch is a must do!!!! The snorkeling tour is also a must, you'll be swimming with sharks, rays and some beautiful fish n a moray eel. I'd like to thank the staff like Tim at the beach, Wilsei who picked us up and had fun conversations, Rai at the swim up bar, Sky the sea tour guide. Dream vacation and look forward to r"

"Logement idéal, bien situé loin des hôtels avec un ponton privé. Possibilité pour certaines activités de venir nous chercher sur place. Lever du soleil sue le lagon à ne pas râter. Louana répond très rapidement à nos questions, très réactive. Le linge de maison était en quantité suffisante, xomme le matériel de plongée, des vélos à dispisition, des jeux de société, rien nous a manqué. Nous y avons passé 8 jours de rêve en famille. Sur place, nous avons laissé nos recommandations pour les activités. Partout, nous avons été superbement accueillis . Ce que j'ai particulièrement adoré : méditer assise sur la balancelle face au lagon et lever du soleil. Mauruuru et Nana Sylvie "

"Very open spacious bungalow. Has a/c mini-split. Modern kitchen with most amenities. Tv is stream only. Has laundry washer with drying line on porch. Barbeque on porch. Lower dock for easy water access. Excellent views and location was convenient to services. Manager Nir was excellent, very communicative. Arranged a snorkel trip for us last minute. Arranged rental car for convenient transportation at a very reasonable price. Excellent price for everything involved especially compared to resort properties!!"
