"Lovely hotel. Great facilities. Excellent service and good food. Only disappointment was that we asked for a lower floor and were allocated a top floor room. Beautiful, comfortable, clean room, but we had to keep the curtains closed and we could not use the balcony because of my fear of heights."

Although it was very clean and the patio was huge, the safe did not work, the wifi did not work, the door did not lock properly, the pool did not even have water.
