"We were upgraded to a corner room with an oversized balcony looking out over the pool to the river. Spacious room, quiet, plenty of shelf and drawer space. The staff were amazing, Portuguese-friendly. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of hot and cold options including an omelet station. Location was very walkable to the Old Town, and also to the opposite side of the river and the Santa Clara monastery, plus walkways on both sides of the river."

"Wow! The view of the city and the canals from our room were amazing. Breakfast was seriously fun with lots of automated options as well as homey straight from the honeycomb. Definitely will come back. "

"The staff are welcoming and helpful. The double room, whilst a little small had good AC, a comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast was very good and great value. Recommended. "

"Beautiful and unique place to stay. It’s like you back in time. Room was clean, stuff is helpful and professional. Bed wasn’t very comfy and it’s a little warm inside. There is no AC or a fan. Also there is no WiFi in the room only in the bar area of the hotel. Breakfast however was really good. For dinner we drove 10 minutes away to a nearby village. Restaurant at the hotel was too expensive for us. Overall I say it’s definitely worth visiting "
