I didnt have any problems. Everyone is was VERY helpful and easy to work with. I have 2 good size dogs that they didnt have an issue with, for 3 weeks. I think for the price its a good deal. Little bit noisy with the road right there, but i would stay again.

Jeremy at the front desk was very helpful with my reservation. Some people in the front desk area were very loud for one in our party in room over stairs above lobby. Nice to get discount at diner at the end of parking lot. Breakfast very good. Nice waitress for dinner but new menu and kitchen was understandably slow. Bed was very comfortable! Coffee in room or lobby.

This property is at the junction of Hwy 20 where you either go to Anacortes or turn to Deception Pass on Whidbey Island. It's about 15 minutes away from Cap Sante Marina and 30 minutes from Oak Harbor Marina. If you are trailing a boat, there is usually a place to park, just check in advance. A good place to stay if you are taking a early morning ferry to the San Juan Islands. We have stayed at the hotel numerous times--it is older, but clean and comfortable.Good value for a reasonable price. We will stay there again. There is a mini-mart, bar and restaurant next to the property. We have tried the restaurant twice--a year apart, and find it to be expensive and not very good.

First time stay here had the King Suite

Good value for the price overall.This room was huge nice fire place and balcony with a view, nice big TV in the living room area, there was a mount for a TV in bedroom but no TV. There were crumbs on the sofa and it was pretty uncomfortable (hard) a few stains here and there on the carpet but overall wasn’t too bad. Pool and Hot tub were pretty rough empty but they and the area were pretty dirty overall.

Pet fees were more than quoted but they did honor the previous pet fee price. The hot tub was not functional (it is brand new and they were waiting for stairs to be installed), the water was hot though and looked inviting. No hair dryer in our room. Room outdated but bed was comfortable. No tea bags as they ran out at some point. Fridge with freezer which was nice. Staff friendly.
