"The view is amazing. Each day we saw seals swim by. There is a resident eagle who would sit out on the sand right outside the window. Our grandson watched him dive and get a fish. What a thrill. "What a beautiful, thoughtfully constructed cabin! It had all the amenities you could want. Lots of great information about the area. We had thought it would be a little closer to the beach but the walk really wasn’t too bad. The road noise was a bit irritating when you hanging out outside but didn’t affect our sleep. "Back deck is beautiful with great view….however all furniture was covered with dust and pollen so we could not sit out and enjoy it. We had a comforter and two folded towels in bathroom covered with dog hair from previous guest. We just washed and used anyway. Despite those two small issues, we had a great time and the house was adorable, well supplied, and dog friendly. We would definitely stay there again!"

We got outstanding muffin pastries at The Store and incredible seafood specials at Fidalgo Drive in! Looking forward to escaping again!"

"Great retreat off the beaten path. About equal drive time to Anacortes, LaConner or Deception Pass/Oak Harbor. Great sunroom to watch the eagles, gulls and herons on the mud flats. "
