The reviews we read said the owners were super helpful & offered lifts & places to store luggage which is why we booked as we needed to store our suitcases somewhere while we went on a tour to Sapa. "We arrived earlier than their check in time but they let us check in early anyway. The staff also helped to give us recommendations for places to eat and helped with directions, and they even gave us a deal when we bought a case of beer through them!
