"Such a friendly family that can’t do enough for you. The homestay room was big, perfect air con and clean. The location is perfect - easily walkable to the old town and right near the night markets but very quiet. There is also a very cute local restaurant at the end of the steet called ‘hi’. Highly recommend this homestay - excellent value"

"This place is a gem!! I am thrilled I found it, it is walking distance to Hỏi An old market. There is a great spa across from the hotel. The staff can’t be more welcoming, next to the hotel you can change USD money at an excellent rate. The room is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I would come back here 10’x over. They also provide laundry service and gave it back to me at the end of the day. I took the family room that had 3 twin beds and 1 king bed. "

The bed mattress were extra firm, which I really liked, everything was clean, and the hosts were welcoming, pleasant, and helpful people. "It said in the ad that breakfast was included. I never got any breakfast.I also didnt get my room made up, no top up of water. Nothing. there was rubbish left in the room from the previous guests. Wrappers on the ground near the fridge and open sachets in the shower. I requested a quite room as I was sick with a URTI and was placed right in front of the pool where children were jumping in and yelling. There was no TV (as mentioned in the ad) and I had to go ask for a remote to even turn it on...

"Vinci villa was an amazing place to stay! Our host, Vincent, his mom and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We loved our spacious and clean room, as well as easy access to the pool. One of our favourite parts was the breakfast - you have to get the Vietnamese iced coffee and banana pancake!!! "Wonderful place to stay. The host was fantastic and so friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice secluded balcony. Walking distance to all the sites but tucked away so the room was completely quiet at night. The laundry service was so inexpensive, we had clothes washed twice. I would definitely stay here again"

"This is a fantastic, modern home. The staff are so lovely and welcome you in to make it feel like your own home. The room was spotless and fresh, with a brand new bathroom and incredible shower, you didn't want to leave the place! Located around 20 minutes walk from the old town, but they offer free use of bikes which we used daily. I would recommend to anyone going to visit Hoi An to stay at this place"
