"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The facility was clean and impeccable, the breakfast was delicious that featured both local specialties. The biggest selling point of this hotel for me was the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My partner loved the complimentary Vietnamese classes during our stay. I enjoyed conversations with the staff about local events specifically and about Vietnam generally. I appreciated that they allowed me to know Hoi An a little better through their own personal experiences. Great job!! The next time I visit Hoi An, The Saga Hotel is where I will stay. "

"We stayed at Bel Marina for a family wedding and the staff in every area couldn’t have been warmer and more helpful, check in, dining, pool/gardens etc. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with great air con. The pools and gardens were beautifully maintained and help was given when requesting taxi bookings and recommendations. Food options a breakfast were wide and variable, and evening meals that we had were exceptional. This hotel is riverside with beautiful views, and walkable in to the old town and vibrant market areas, and wonderfully peaceful to return to."
