"This hotel had its pros and cons. Pros: The hotel itself was clean and athletically pleasing.The staff were friendly, helpful, and immediately responded to our concerns.The room was clean upon arrival. There is a sauna and pool onsight,which we used almost everyday to relax.Breakfast was good,with a decent amount of food/drink options, but the food selections were the same everyday.Another huge Pro is the location of the hotel. It’s right across the street from Central Station and is within walking distance of many of the locations we wanted to visit-such as the 9 Streets of Jordaan,the Ann Frank House,numerous museums,canal cruises,markets,and the Red Light District. Cons: The first room to which we were assigned had a few problems.The flush on the flush on the toilet broke,there was a flickering light,and the teapot had not been cleaned.When we brought this to the attention of the staff,they immediately switched our room and the new room was great.Another issue was with the TV.When using the casting feature,it frequently stopped working.With the frustration of casting,we decided to rent a movie; however,no movies to select were available. When brought to the staff’s attention, a representative came to our room within 15 minutes to help us troubleshoot.We resolved the casting feature,but we were unable to rent movies.The last issue we had was with housekeeping. There was 1 day (of 4) we were out all day and housekeeping never came. Upon notifying staff, someone was sent up."

"We mostly booked a room here because of the free airport shuttle, which we used several times. We also appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before it was time to check in, which allowed us to do some sightseeing. The room was very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. One slightly strange thing about this hotel was that you needed to use your room card to use the elevator."

"It was enough space for myself and big shower room. There was food and drink served and you can sit in cafe. The bus 391 was a great service took only 10 mins into city centre."

"We took a last minute gamble and changed from a hotel in the centre of Amsterdam to Yotel out in Amsterdam Noord - and it was perfect! The hotel room was huge, truly sparkling clean and was very easy to access attractions in Amsterdam Noord as well as across the free ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. There is a grocery store down the street, as well as a few restaurants, brewery and coffee shops. Highly recommended and will stay at Yotel again in the future!"

"The room itself is simple, but nicely furnished. The desk is small, but guests can work and help themselves in the lobby lounge (24Hrs). The soundproofing in the room is better than comparable lodging places. I did not expect this to be a favorite place (in a quieter part of Amsterdam, thank goodness!)."
