Property was difficult to access with a stroller, stairs were unavoidable so that complicated our situation. Room was very small but you get what you paid for. Cute part of town, easy to access transport. Very kind front staff!!

This place deserves a 6, not an 8.6. Hallway carpet was really old and smelly on all floors. Floor in room was old looking and seemed dirty. Small entry to hotel with stairs and no lobby to speak of. Sewer smell in the bathroom. Bed was a futon on a soft box spring - not normal. I had a small room that should have been a single but they stuffed a double in it sideways and I had to crawl over my wife to get in and out. Every time. This is not a hotel, it’s a guesthouse and needs updating very badly.
