Great Stay – Convenient Location and Comfortable Room I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located close to the train station, which made getting around really easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, with a good variety. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very conveniently situated for public transport. As it was very hot we kept the window open & the trains coukd be heard from early mornng to late at night. Hotel was clean & comfortable with a good breakfast selection. Liked the idea that to save the room being cleaned daily you can opt for a free drink at the bar. Found the outside & general outdoor areas dirty - not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is close to train to get to Central Station. The breakfast is very nice, lots of options. The restaurant is very limited and not many options nearby. There is a variety store beside the hotel. The area is a little sketchy and men often immigrants hanging around. It’s safe as the people don’t bother you.

Overall property was good, but our first day checkin experience was not. The girl was very rude. When I asked some questions about room amenities, she replied what do you expect it’s Holiday Express not some 5 star and said , what you pay you get. Management need to take this kind of attitude and behaviour with customers seriously.
