"Beautiful hotel. Small but really nice bed and bedding. Good lobby food and good food at bar/restaurant. They seemed to have an issue one night when we tried to order room service. Took over an hour to get it and i heard others complaining but that was literally a small issue. Concierge was extraordinary. So kind and helpful. Would stay again any day"

"Excellent property. Highly recommended if you want all the conveniences of a big hotel. Modern really nice rooms equipped with everything you need. Entire staff was extremely helpful from check in to check out. It was our first trip to Amsterdam and we particularly appreciated how helpful they were with giving us pointers on how to navigate the trams and Metro. The location was a bit away from the most crowded tourist attractions but easy to take tram to museums, Anne Frank house etc. also very walkable if you’re fit! A wonderful reasonably priced grocery store right across the street to get snacks and other items. "
