I had reserved 2 premium triple room with 1 king bed and 1 twin to sleep 4 ppl. But the rooms only had 1 double bed which could sleep 2. One of the rooms had no twin instead they put a mattress. The room was too small and after putting in bad there was no space to move. Staff was good and helpful but complains is on the room size.

Room is basic but comfortable enough. But absolutely no room service. No bed making or change of towels and water we have to sepcifically ask for these. Outside looks dirty, inside not much of an inprovement. Builders noises permeated room till late. Staff had very limited command of English. One positive point. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the golden temple. So beware

Bathroom didn’t have hand towel and not provided despite being told. Half used toilet paper roll and no extra roll in bathroom. No shampoo/ conditioner. One bare basic hand soap for sink and shower area. No hair dryer in room. Breakfast area had no food ready when I went there at about 9AM. At least whole/ cut fruit options should be there. He offered sandwich etc . Poha was cooked well when told but surprisingly as they claim” Best breakfast in town” and no Puri or Chana puri ready by 9 AM? Claimed on Expedia that ride to and from airport provided and that’s absolutely not the case.
