"Me and partner come hear for some down time, we had a lovely stay hot tub was a added bonus, all id say was the sofa and mattress was not comfortable other then that perfect, we had food at tomahawk not far and 100% recommended "

"Everything was great other than communication for check in. The link I was sent was broken and the host never responded to phone calls or voice messages or emails to give us the information. We managed to find the actual property by identifying it from photos, we then had to phone around to get the key code as we sat outside the property. This needs to be improved "

"We had a lovely clean lodge provided for us. The site was immaculate and so peaceful. Grant (warden) was so helpful and friendly when we first arrived showing us around and how to use the hot tub, and coming round every morning to make sure it was clean. The lodge is about a 15 minute drive away from Yarm high street where thereâ€™s plenty of food places and about a 5 minute drive away from the local Spar if you needed anything extra."

"Was a lovely property right in the centre of everything if you have a car to travel with. It was a peaceful place to stay and my boys loved the fishing factor."

"We had a very good holiday despite the awful weather the lodges are spacious clean and well equipped but the TV kept breaking up though the WiFi is excellent.phone reception however is poor.The park is peaceful and relaxing with ducks and rabbits and birds everywhere. Itâ€™s very quiet but near lots of lovely places to visit."

"Fantastic accommodation that provides everything you need for a girls weekend away. Beautifully furnished (Hamptons feel) with perfect entertaining space inside and out. Hot tub was a great addition to use day and evening. Lots of comfy seating to relax on for the 6 of us. Surrounding area is beautiful to visit and for walks. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful weekend."

"A great stay . perfect central location. Surprisingly good choice at breakfast. My only slight negative is that on hotels.com website I understood the parking was at he hotel , but was at a local q park. More finding places in a busy city and not able to easily go back to car to leave or collect things although a few mins parking by hotel ok for main luggage.Costly parking too despite discount ,Would however go agaon as otherwise perfect"
