"This is a wonderful property! The renovation of the old house is very well done. The property and the views are beautiful! They host was very nice and very helpful. This is a great central location to travel from to access the Basque country. About an hour from Bilbao, 90 minutes to San Sebastian, 45 minutes to Urkiola and 2 hours to La Rioja. The place is ideal to explore Basque country, we’ve made daily trips to Bilbao, St Sebastian, Guernica, Gaztelugatxe, Getaria, Vitoria Gasteiz etc. The house and surroundings is mesmerizing, with its calm and beauty. The owner of the house Ana was very helpful and friendly, introduced the house and the surroundings in detail, answered all of our questions. "Okana is een prettige woning. Goede bedden, fijne badkamers en heel veel ruimte. Tuin en bossen rondom de woning zijn prachtig. Alleen de houtzagerij die in de buurt ligt geeft van s'morgens vroeg tot s’avonds laat geluid. Daar heb je binnen in de woning geen last van, maar wel buiten op het terras. Ook hoor je iedere stap van de bovenburen vanwege de houten vloeren. Ontvangst was zeer hartelijk ."

Stunning views ,weather in summer fall great. Deck could sit out all day. Walks and hikes abound. On off all major roads. The best of the best."
