"The Palm Beach Caetanoes is located in a deserted area, with no signage to direct travelers to the hotel. There is no internet service in the area and Wifi is intermittent, which created another level of complexity. The hotel staff could not find our reservation, and when they found it we had to wait for someone to clean our rom. Food at the hotel restaurant is limited and overpriced. Breakfast included with our rate was unacceptable, with 2 choices of fruits and Brazilian tapioca on day 1 and tapioca only on day 2. Coffee and milk were provided, but nothing else. While our room had a nice view, it had no soap or any other amentities. The hotel did not clean our or changed our towels during our stay. The staff needs training, and are clearly not prepared to deal with the public. The services received were not what we paid for, which made our stay at thr Palm Beach Caetanos a terrible experience. Very very disappointed!!!"
