"Casa da Laxa was exactly what we were hoping for and more. The location is so tranquil tucked into a hill on the edge of temperate rainforest. Checking in was very smooth and the house very spacious and equipped with everything you might need. We headed out to visit castros, petroglyphs and hot springs but also spent plenty of time wending our way through the forest and the largely abandoned village, visiting the local river pool and sitting outside the local bar. The perfect getaway."

"The farmhouse was in a very out of the way place but we loved the quiet ambience and it was very romantic the bathroom was special and also the stone walls which kept the rooms cool. The bedroom had a balcony and the kitchen had everything you would need.
