"We had the most amazing stay at Ekies, I honestly can’t fault anything. The room was huge, spotlessly clean and stunning in design. The swimming pool was beautiful and a real treat to dip into each day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was out of this world! Planning our next trip back already!! "We stayed on opening night and room has no hot water. But the staff are able to solve the issue quickly. Very detailed service at restaurant. "

"Walked into my room filled with roaches from hallway to bathroom and bedroom. Got room changed and still bugs crawling. No breakast as stated. I was given a box of cereal and choc milk and oj with crackers. Also no receptionist. My key was left at desk with no prior notice they would do so. I had to call and inquire about how to check in. "

"A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "

"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."
