"This property was in a great location! Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Highly recommend to stay here again. It is a quite a hike up to the Blue Domes. I would recommend to get a taxi to drive you up. Great location to see the sunset."

"The property itself is beautiful and very clean. The pool was very refreshing after a long day of sightseeing in the Greek heat. If you have mobility problems or are severely short of breath after the slightest physical activity…this property might not be a right choice for you because it is located on the hillside with many steps."

"This apartment situated over Amoudi bay on Santorini, was a perfect location to people watch and see the many kinds of boats come and go including the impressive cruise ships when all lit up at night. The 270+ steps up to Oia is a good workout but you can always ride a donkey or take a taxi. Very close to restaurants, smoothies, ice cream and coffee shops. As well a short walk along the cliffs to a swimming spot. This apartment was incredibly clean and was equipped with hair dryer, slippers, soaps and extra blankets for cooler evenings. The deck had a swing making a nice spot to watch the sea. Vickie was so helpful with check in letting us know about the area and things to do. She booked us drivers when needed and had our bags handled for us on checkout. Thank you Vickie for being so kind and helpful! A charming spot! We loved being there. "

"This property was top notch. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the elegance this hotel had. It is very walkable to all places in town, Oia. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m gluten free and they had plenty of options. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They also organized our rides to and from the airport and port. I would recommend this spot! We stayed in the most affordable room option and it was still spectacular with killer views. We will be back. I did a ton of research on which hotel to go to, and this one did not disappoint! "

"Beautifully appointed suites on a secluded hillside property overlooking Amoudi bay. It was quiet and relaxing. Having a plunge pool was clutch. Food from ASPA was amazing that we ate dinner there three nights in a row. Staff is attentive and friendly especially Vasiliki. There is no better way to cap your day than watching the spectacular sunset as you sip your favorite cocktail. I highly recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat."

"I enjoyed staying here. It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room we booked had an ocean & partial caldera view with a plunge pool. The downside to it was that it wasn’t that private - there was a room next to ours where the guests had to walk through our balcony/pool to get to it. So don’t expect any privacy. The rooms are also very dark, not many lights in there and the bathroom looks very cave like & dark. The air conditioner also wasn’t very good and barely worked so in early June, our room was blistering hot at all times even with the air con running. The breakfast was delicious and served right to your balcony. Having the porter carry our luggage up and down the stairs was a great help. There were also stray cats & kittens living in the sewer next to the room. "

"Our stay at Fanari felt like a fairytale. The cave villa was very spacious for our family of 4, and we equally loved the sun deck with dramatic views of the caldera and sapphire blue waters below, and balcony with perfect sunset views. Perched high above Amouddi Bay, Fanari is also ideally situated in Oia, past the crowds, but just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had a great recommendation for a Catamaran tour. Would definitely return and highly recommend."
