We found the room first-rate in every respect, and the hosts very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant — most especially over the two wonderful breakfasts. We can thoroughly recommend Pontyclerc, and hope to return soon for a further stay in the South Wales area."

"Brilliant stay, staff accommodation. Breakfast not very organised, no cups, milk etc. Nothing topped up or checked regularly. We had to keep asking for things but staff didn't acknowledge with a smile would just walk off and get what was needed. Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall would stay again but unsure if we would book breakfast! "

Was raining when we arrived late in the evening so chose to fine in the bar which had a nice ambience, good food selection and really friendly staff - which we found throughout.If he comes to Uni here - we will be back!
