"We stayed six nights as a family of four and had a great time. The hotel is beautifully presented and perfectly located and very clean & modern. We really enjoyed our stay, we had a lovely view of the city which made the stay even better for us.
Our suite had a separate bedroom for the kids and a little lounge area, which was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee/tea facility, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, utensils etc and there was a free laundry area, both really handy on a longer stay.
The cleaning, waiting and valet staff were all really nice. Reception team could’ve been more welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist told me the room wasn't for four people. It was, and he corrected himself, but it wasn't the friendliest welcome after a long day.
Breakfast was quite decent, with a nice pastry selection. The pool is outdoors and was too cold for the kids, so we only used it once. Heating it would make a big difference for families.
Overall, a beautiful, practical hotel that's great for families. A heated pool would make it excellent & warmer reception."
