"Short stay. Room was fabulous. Bar was nice with great bar man and good value cocktail night. Pool area was in shade when I got there and hectic and pretty dirty to be honest. Empty plates and glasses and tissues everywhere. Check-in took forever. Loads of lovely staff welcoming you but no one to check you in. "
