About this property
Amity Flats #3: Willakenzie Flat
Set in the heart of Amity, this flat offers an inviting stay surrounded by the charm and flavor of Oregon wine country. Each of our flats is named after the unique soil types that shape the vineyards of the Willamette Valley, with Willakenzie referencing the distinctive soils of the nearby Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Just east of town lie the rolling Eola-Amity Hills, home to more than thirty outstanding wineries and dozens of picturesque vineyards. Take a leisurely bike ride or scenic drive to Antica Terra or visit the monastery of the Brigittine monks to savor their award-winning chocolates crafted with time-honored care.
The Willakenzie Flat is a charming, compact suite featuring a comfortable queen bed and thoughtful design details throughout. It can also connect with the neighboring Bellpine Flat to create “Willabell,” a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite ideal for families or couples traveling together. The queen-size bed is set within a semi-private bedroom framed by beautiful reclaimed wood, adding warmth and character to the space. A rollaway bed is available upon request for added flexibility. Large, operable windows with southern exposure fill both the living area and sleeping space with natural light.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a small dining table, bar seating, a refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop, and a French press featuring locally roasted Caravan Coffee. Step outside to the spacious rooftop patio, where a BBQ grill invites you to prepare a meal under the open sky. The patio is partially covered for comfort in any weather and offers space for a friendly game of ping pong or simply relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage while taking in the scenery at the end of the day.
If carrying luggage upstairs is a challenge, a convenient lift is available to make the trip easier. Operating instructions can be found in your digital guidebook and on the inside wall of the lift.
Our mission is to provide high-quality hospitality to Willamette Valley visitors by partnering with the region's best local businesses to create unforgettable experiences. Through our customizable concierge services and thoughtfully selected amenities, we ensure every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure. We specialize in luxury short-term lodging, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail so you feel right at home during your stay.
Enhance your visit with our private wine tour service, Pinot Car, and experience the beauty and culture of Oregon's world-renowned wine country, where every guest leaves with lasting memories.

The area of the apartment was lovely, and a good spot for my time splitting distance between Wilsonville and Salem! I would stay there again if I was in the area.
Love these flats. Have stayed several times and all units have great personalities providing excellent value and amenities. Thank you for the EV charging station. Can’t wait to return in June.

Beyond welcoming. Expectations were met. We even added an additional night to our stay. The Lifestyle team really have outdone themselves.
Really loved the little shops around and wine tasting room right below the flat. Everything was just so perfect for our little family's first getaway. Will be coming back.

Beautiful property with historic touches. Loved the exposed brick and the furniture built from reclaimed wood. Kitchen was well stocked. Given option of a bottle of wine or a growler fill. Since we were attending the IPNC, we opted for the growler. Unfortunately, the growler fill place was 18 miles away and we had no plans to go to Newberg as we had come through there on our way. Chose to take the growler with us and fill on our way home. The place was not open on Mondays. So disappointing…. But we were very pleased with our stay here.
Around the corner and tucked back behind a beautifully painted metal gate, holds the entrance to a rare treasure amongst home rentals.
Sitting atop the building, with a veranda for decompressing on the roof lies the studio loft welcoming a weary traveler. Once inside, I was greeted with a cooled environment, making it a pleasant haven from the 95 degree heat outside, calming music in the background at a perfect volume and locally picked out coffee, wine and popcorn with a hand written note personalized for my stay.
The floorplan was perfected for the space, and the brick walls and tall dual pained windows held out the sounds from the outside. This place was absolutely beautiful, quiet and beyond pleasant for the eyes.
Only two shortcomings prevented this from being the absolute perfect stay.
1. The fan noise was tough to sleep through but necessary to keep the fan on due to the heat and need to keep air circulating.
2. Garbage instruction was unclear and there were. I outside bins. Ended up having to find a public trash can down the block. Just allow your guests leave the garbage if only staying short term or mark and leave specific instructions.
But neither should deter anyone from staying. This was one of a kind and an amazing experience.

The accommodations were on par with a luxury hotel and the vibe was relaxed. The location is central to wineries but you may need to drive a bit to restaurants in neighboring towns. We definitely plan to stay again! Also, the host communication as great. The pictures and descriptions were accurate.
Very nice place So charming. Has almost everything you need. I will stay again although I will pick one with a full size couch. And I would have enjoyed an actual coffee pot over the Press. Easier and time effective for multiple cups. Other than that you can't go wrong with this place. It is supper sweet for a couple for a weekend away.
