"We had a wonderful relaxing time at the lake house. It was a beautiful place. Super peaceful and comfortable. We drove down the hill to kayak and fish and just relax in the outdoor chairs provided. We also hiked a trail and enjoyed the scenery. We also enjoyed the short drive to the state park and did more fishing and hiking. We spent some time in hot springs and enjoyed going to bathhouse row, Books-million, and some flea markets as well as some other places. I would definitely recommend this...

"The Treehouse was great. We spent most of the time just down the hill, at the beautiful area on the lake. There were plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat. It was also nice hanging out on the dock. We caught plenty of eating sized bream and a deer came out on the lake point just in front of us."

"Our stay was amazing. This cabin is charming and inviting. We hit some snags (power outage then my husband getting a stomach bug) and the host was so sweet and understanding. We will definitely be back and recommend this cabin to any friends visiting the area."

"This is our second year to stay at a property on the Caddo for the Christmas Holidays. With our kids having families of their own, we needed a place to accommodate my husband and I plus six other adults and three young children two and under. This property was perfect, it had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!"

"The cabin was cute and well maintained. Everything worked (A/C, hot water etc.). The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location is somewhat remote, so keep that in mind. It was a 20 minute drive to anything. Our only real complaint was the bedroom area was small. There was only enough room on the sides of the bed for one of us to get out, so I had to slide down the bed to get out."

"My husband and furry child had a much needed quiet time in a beautiful area of Arkansas. The cabin was perfect with a fireplace and swing on the porch. The host a munchie basketball and coffee available. What a treat! Will certainly be returning again. The Hill family from Texas."

"No one in the office. Pushed a ring door bell someone came from across the highway. Just was told key was in the cabin and that it was unlocked. Didn’t see a sole the whole weekend. We were left to find for ourselves. I cleaned the ac filter it was yucky and it worked better. The mattress was awful. Beds need replaced. We did enjoy the stay. It was within yards of the crater. Not sure if I will stay again."

"Great place for a quick trip to hunt for diamonds and crystals. This cottage is either new or recently updated, was extremely clean and had all the kitchen equipment you might need. We will stay again!"

"We love this property and have visited it multiple times over the years. They have made some very nice improvements, adding multiple layer decking so you can access the river. We just love it. Not far from Mt Ida where we live to go digging for crystals. The inside of the cabin has been updated with new beds and frames, which made us very happy. The inside of the cabins is always very clean and inviting. Be prepared to eat outside, as there is no table inside, only counter space. The outside is...

"Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed."
