"My experience was great, the only thing that bother me was the noise of the AC at night Atleast my room 209 was a bit loudly on that. And the shower i could tell the cleaning crew only wipes down the showers instead of scrubbing it. Staff and everything else was great. "

She had everything well stocked & was avaliable if you needed anything. "We were initially put in a room that was dusty and had a (small) mouse. But after a sleepless night we were moved to the Pinnacles building which was amazing! Staff was very responsive to our needs and did everything they could once we alerted them to the problem. One thing to note is the we were there during a heat wave and not all rooms are air conditioned- we had no idea. So if that is important to you, you may want to reach out and inquire about this prior to booking. Food at the restaurant and drinks at the tap house were great."
