"We were visiting for Iowa State's Family Weekend and the house was perfect. Plenty of space, close to campus and the downstairs game room and 75" TV was a hit. Definitely would recommend staying here. "

"My company came to Iowa because we had a booth at the farm progress show. We chose this amazing home because it was going to be five of us coming. We could have not asked for a better place to stay. We were able to get together at the end of each day and talk about strategy for our next day. The house was very clean, plenty of room, and included everything we needed. The host was exceptional. When we come back to Iowa, we will be staying here again!"

"The house was great for my family as we traveled to the Grimes area for a family wedding. It was cheaper than 2 hotel rooms for 3 nights which is amazing right now due to everything is sooo expensive. We all had our own rooms and the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was fully furnished and a comfy couch for relaxing inbetween. Also getting to the house & to HyVee and Walmart were super easy. Would suggest this house if you are looking in the Grimes Area for a great family place...

"I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!"

"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."
