We had a fantastic experience at Iowa House! Best place to stay in Ames by far. The staff was excellent & the breakfasts were amazing. A very unique and relaxing atmosphere. Warm and inviting entrance to the “family room”

Very inviting and warm welcome. Sad we didn’t find this hidden gem sooner after our son has attended ISU for the last four years. We were lucky to meet some of the former fraternity brothers that lived there in the 1980s. Highly recommend this property! Awesome breakfast!!!
