Very nice hotel. Very clean. Well appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice bar, nice area with good restaurants.

We only stopped for one night but we were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very very early with 6 pieces of luggage and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The hotel was less than a block from the tube station. There were some basic sundries available at the front desk. Very close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Funky vibe. Close to shopping! Notting Hill is a charming walkable area.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.

Great hotel, very nice bar and restaurant in the hotel as well. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not ideal for tourists visiting London as it is far from everything and would require multiple trains to get there.

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again. The hotel was in a quaint area of town very close to Kensington Garden, but it was still very convenient to get to public transportation which allowed us to get everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were somewhat small, but they were well-designed so nothing felt cramped and we had plenty of room to move around. Food at restaurant could be better!

Super cute hotel with a pub on ground level! Very convenient to get to, just like a 5 minute walk or so from the tube station. Loved all the character in and on the building. Definitely ear plugs should be provided as it is down the street from a police station and an outlet on the bathroom as well, and the wifi was not very good inside the rooms. Brand new property in the heart of Notting Hill which has taken the the home from home concept to a new level. The entire team here goes out of there way to make you the priority.

We stayed here for a visit to the Harry Potter studio tour. Helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of room for family of 5 and beds all set up ready (didn't have to ask again for travel cot on arrival as often happens), super breakfast. Would recommend.
