"This was our 4th time in Kansas City and our 4th staying at Crossroads. The hotel is in a great location, the atmosphere is incredible, great restaurants and rooftop bar. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. No matter where you are in the hotel the staff is friendly and willing to reach out with a smile and offer assistance if needed. I highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel."

"Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk."

"Loved everything about this place!"
