Fantastic staff and beautiful location and property. Mehul helped us at every turn, this was by far my best hotel experiene ever. The property is gorgeous and rooms are amazing. The breakfast buffet is one of the best with the best views. I will 100% return to this property in the future!

This is a beautiful place. It is quite outside the city, though. It is extremely quiet and has very nice scenery. The service is the type is offered to celebrities. The reception staff are extremely professional and helpful and, most importantly, trustworthy. Wonderful place to stay for vacation

Awesome place and fairmont gold experience is super.

The whole hotel gives luxury vibes. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were large and very spacious. The property is beautiful with many picturesque spots. Few things which can be improved - 1. The bed linens’ quality and cleanliness can be improved. The pillow covers were a bit small for the pillows and the comforter cover had stains on it near the leg. They also looked very old and could be refreshed. 2. Other reviews knocked points for the location, which is outside Jaipur city, but since we had a car and driver this was no matter to us. It proved a quiet respite from the hectic city and a truly wonderful experience. Certainly one of the best hotels throughout our say in India. Hesitant to write this review only because I hope for it to remain a hidden gem but too good not to share. Thank you, Umaid Haveli staff.

What can I say? Hotel- charming! Room- gorgeous! Staff- so helpful! Food- amazing! Location- couldn’t have been better for visiting the Amer Fort! We had the perfect Christmas vacation trip to Jaipur thanks to the staff at House of Amer. High recommendation!

Yes it is nice to have a Jacuzzi in the room but the concept of open area between the room and the bathroom is embarrassing. This is the only thing I felt uncomfortable with, otherwise it is an excellent place.

Amazing slice of paradise off the main road. The details are curated and tastefully designed. Artisav is peaceful, modern, quaint, and provides and excellent breath of fresh air after a long day in the city. 10/10
