The residential building is located on the banks of the “LeTech” river in a quiet area. Tenants enjoy the sun from morning until midday and appreciate not having it in the afternoon, as it is dazzling in summer.
A jump to Spain via the Boulou toll, and very quick access to the Mediterranean (30 minutes)
