"Clean room and Staff very grateful "

"The outside as you enter was not pleasant with old furniture and burn holes on the cushions from smokers who hung out there. That is my biggest complaint. I understand the need to provide a smoking area but it should not be at the front entrance! I was extremely disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available. There was no indication online when I booked that they were under repair/renovation. Everything else was above average including a nice clean breakfast area and food. I would stay there again."

"The rooms are clean. The staff are excellent. The property is pet friendly which is great for my service dog. The air conditioning is always cold. I stay at this property frequently while I get medical care and surgeries for cancer at VCU."

"This hotel doesn't have a pool, and if there's a fitness center, I missed it. And there's not much area for walking around. What it does have is a large, comfortable breakfast area, and while I only ate there a couple of times, it was adequate for my needs. The room was spacious, as I got a "king suite" with a sofa bed. WiFi wanted me to join some loyalty thing, but once I did that it was free. There was a little noise, but nothing major. I would stay there again."
