"The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and plenty of shopping and historical religious sites. The staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable with good wifi and a nice bathroom. The bus from the airport leaves you across the street arriving and picks up from the corner leaving."

"Tucked away in a side street just behind Jean D’Arc bus station. A quiet location with the hub of Toulouse a 2 minute walk away. Metro and Bus hub and Place du Capitole a 10 minute walk away. Good friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and was immaculate albeit a bit on the small side. Perfect for me anyway!"

"The location is very central and near train station. Nice and clean room. But it is a bit dark inside and not enough lighting. it will be better if a lamp can be placed on the desk."

"The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool stay. "
