"I must commend the manager and his team for keeping the property clean and well maintained. The staff members are very polite and treat their guests well. The food is also good at the restaurant. Overall, the team makes every effort to make the stay comfortable. "

"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was normal( my father in law is an AC HVAC engineer). Anyways terrible stay and is not worth the price."

"I had booked the urban cove and honestly, I was skeptical about it. However, when i reached, I had to admit, the apartment and the environment around the apartment building was splendid. My family had a wonderful time resting and enjoying the homely time.The customer service were fast and efficient especially when I had so many enquiries.So thank you for the wonderful stay @ Jasmine, Alice Aunty,Raju Uncle,&Joy brother you guys are amazing & great help. I’m just disappointed I could stay longer and enjoy it some more. I’ll definitely return as it’s a great location This place was lovely to stay in. Quiet location, no noise from the neighbours. Clean and well laid out."
