It’s not about you have a perfect service but it’s about to see no pressure in the staff’s eyes. If any guest ask to perfection and the solution will be pressure, that’s clear to no work."

The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning.
