"From the moment we arrived, this hotel made a great impression. Ciro welcomed my wife and me at the front desk and immediately offered us drinks. It was a small touch, but it really set the mood for our stay. What impressed us most was the cleanliness. Everything was incredibly clean, bright, fresh, and well maintained. Our room was spotless, with no unpleasant smells or anything that felt old or neglected. The common areas were just as immaculate. We constantly saw the cleaning staff working throughout the property. Honestly, 10/10 for cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent, with a great coffee machine and a large selection including eggs, bacon, vegetables, salads, meatballs, pastries, desserts, and more. Ciro really stood out. We saw him at the front desk, helping during breakfast, around the hotel, and even outside welcoming guests and helping with luggage. I don't know his exact position, but he seemed to be everywhere, leading by example and making sure guests were taken care of. On our last day, he also gave us extra time for checkout because our ferry was leaving later. Excellent hospitality, great staff, and an exceptionally clean hotel. We would absolutely stay here again. Special thanks to Ciro for making our stay even better!"

"The customer service is superb. They are so helpful and even met us at the Amalfi Terminal to show us how to get to the property and to help us with luggage. Even when the shifts changed, you got the same level of service. The breakfast selection is also very good and big. The property is well maintained, clean, beautiful not to mention the spectacular view. This property is right next to the water. So if you have a winter on the side of the water you will view the splendor of Amalfi Coast. It’s a ten out of ten experience for us."

"The room we stayed in (Junior suite) was amazing, very clean & comfortable. The air conditioner unit was chefs kiss in Italy heat. The staff were all very helpful, especially Rita at the front desk… very accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast was tasty, different options. The man remembered our coffee order each morning. Walking distance to any restaurant, and a few mins from the beach. We would stay here again! Grazie Mille."

"The hotel was convenient located near the amalfi center. With a bus stop very close should you need to take the bus to transport your self there. It is also a 20 min walking distance down hill. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only downside is that it does not have a restaurant if you rather stay in your hotel. However, does offer breakfast set and has a small bar with light snacks. Overall, would recommend this hotel!"
