"The location is good, but it is a very crowded hotel and not sufficient people to serve that many guests. The lobby is always busy. Besides the system to take a number for everything is very inefficient. You have to take a number even to buy a coffee even when nobody is buying coffee"

"We stayed at Copenhagen Island hotel for 8 days. It was fantastic stay- the hotel is close to Metro Station and City Center. The hotel was immaculately maintained with rental bikes, harbor views and excellent breakfast. We will stay here again in the future and highly recommended"

"Only complaint is our two rooms didn’t adjoin but that’s just hotel design and doesn’t detract from our overall experience. Sadly our final night on a long Scandinavia vacation ended here with a final night before taking off for London then LA. To our pleasant surprise just next door was an amazing aquarium - the largest in Northern Europe as it turns out. We loved spending the day there and didn’t end up going back into the city as we had originally planned. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Can’t beat an ocean view and we sampled some popcorn and lattes ( weird combo— indeed ) in the hotel cafe while enjoying the ample relaxation space including couches and lounge chairs. A good experience."

"It was fine for us. The room was OK. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Location was ok for us we did not mind the walk to downtown Copenhaguen."
