"We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Villa Fontaine. Its location is best because we can get to underground in just a few steps which gets us to all subway and train stations in Umeda as well as unlimited number of restaurants. Hotel is also full of amenities, spa is nicely setup we spent every evening in there. "

"Conveniently located right outside USJ, and at Universal City Walk. The Limousines bus drop off about 5 min walk from the hotel. Many shopping options and restaurants right outside. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed on a luxury floor. The room was very clean and had tons of amenities. It was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the park and Universal City. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffets. Both had a ton of options and the service was fantastic. Dinner was relaxing and not very busy. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with everyone rushing to eat and get to the park. But the staff manage the chaos well. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here! "

"I love everything about this hotel. Close to all restaurants and, most of all, the train station (literally). There are multiple izakayas (similar to a pub) in front of the hotel. FYI, the izakayas open late at night. Free laundry and dry. The detergent and softener are already provided by the hotel. They also provide great selection of teas and coffee. They provide razor, brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Very close to 7eleven and family mart. I love waking up every morning with a great view!!! The only caveat is that the size of the rooms are more than likely for solo travelers. It is quite small for a family with kids or even for couples as there are no space for baggages. Although, you can put baggages underneath the bed, however, getting it and putting it back in would be quite a hassle. But, other than that, everything else was perfect. Staff was nice to still reserve a booking for me despite not showing up on the day I was supposed to check in due to a flight delay. They were very accomodative about that (just make sure to inform them)."

"This hotel made my husband and I’s trip to USJ amazing! We had access to great views, a ton of dining options, great space for luggage, all the toiletries we would need in addition to the ones we brought, and overall excellent guest service. The pillows were a bit thin but other than that the hotel was incredible, from the convenient location to the jellyfish tank ok our floor, this hotel was so unique and a must stay for us on our next trip. "

"The property offered a welcome lounge for everyone staying at the hotel which offered hot beverages, pancakes, hot dogs and beef curry. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was small. Water was provided in the room. The only downside was that there are very few vegetable options for breakfast and none at the welcome lounge. "
