"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "

"The best hotel in our Japan trip, exceeded all expectations. Firstly, the room was large and bathroom was huge with separate room for bath and standing shower. The place was clean and service was great, they even brought our luggages into our room for us when we dropped off baggage. There are amenities left in the lobby for you to take as you please. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely use JAL City hotels again. "

Not a very modern type but great rooms, good facilities, decent location ( like 5-10 mins walk to stations ) but close to 2 most famous Chicken wing restaurants, Kura Sushi, MCD etc, restaurants. Price of a budget/biz hotel, but comfortable bed and big room like a Marriot."
