"On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. The additional agreement seemed totally unnecessary...

"I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. "We had our first Mother and Daughter get away and this room made it perfect! It was amazing and right on the beach, great amenities, hostess always responded. We will be making this our annual place for us to go! Could not recommend it enough! 5 Stars all the way!"

"Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. "was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hose went above and beyond to answer any questions i had. Yet, despite being centrally located, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
