"From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the hotel’s customer service was exceptional. The concierge went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant delivered outstanding cuisine and attentive staff—truly a 10/10 experience. Our room and bathroom felt incredibly luxurious, with a deep, resort-style bathtub that made every soak feel like a mini getaway. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a few more towel hooks in the bathroom—there’s ample wall space, and it would make an already wonderful stay even more convenient."

"The only thing I didn’t like when we were arrive, there were no valets out there and then we were leaving so come up after my husband had the car already unloaded that was the only thing about staying at your hotel. That was not great for me. I have a hip problem and have a walker, and if I had came with a girlfriend of mine that we travel a lot, we would’ve been waiting a long time for someone to help us because she’s also a cancer patient but other than that, the state was wonderful. Everyone was really gracious very accommodating, but it was lacking on a valets and I know we did come on a Monday left on a Wednesday, but the magnitude of your hotel should have plenty of valets."
