"The kitchen and bathrooms are not properly clean, it's very uncomfortable. Dishwasher was leaking, counters are so worned, i can't even find a scissor from thr cutlery. Overall it's very claustrophobic ambience. There's no effort to make the common area more homey! Very disappointed given the rate is not cheap!"

"Wir haben leider gar keine Anweisungen von der Unterkunft bekommen. Als wir angekommen sind war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Draussen hing ein Schluessel an einem Kasten - das war zum Glueck unser. Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz schoen. Leider hatte derjenige der vorher in der Unterkunft war nicht richtig saubergemacht.
