"Pésimo Hotel"

"An oasis in the midst of a busy city. Would have been perfect except for 1: noise from other rooms (toilets, showers, voices) and 2: located near presidential palace and therefore within a 3 block no cars zone which meant often a walk in the rain from the Uber. The breakfasts were outstanding and the staff were exceptionally accommodating. I would highly recommend Circulo Mexicano."
