"Stayed at this property while in town for a work conference. The Congress Center is a close walk, which was perfect for us. You will need Uber, bus or trolley to get into Lisbon for a lot of sight seeing. The flat is laid out in genuine Portuguese style as our hosts explained. There was a lot of space. The garden is lovely. The hosts are delightful and full of great recommendations."

"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

"Very nice property if a little dated, limited air conditioning & showers over baths. Plenty of space, bedrooms were good size & layout was excellent. Pool & bbq areas are very good ‘ garden is nice. You need a car for the area … groceries a mile away, small local coffee shops in walking distance. Beach 2+ miles … is a real find, has plenty of character & is beautiful especially in evening time, has some decent shack like restaurants with lots of character, it’s a working beach where fishermen...

"We were a group of 10 all aged 20 or 21 and could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was very clean, spacious and accommodated to all our needs. The location was great as we could easily get to the main city or the beach each day. Teresa was super helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We would happily stay again and defiantly recommend to anyone!"

"The house was nice. It was listed as a 4 bedroom however the 4th bedroom was not attached to the main house as well as the 3rd bathroom. The detached bedroom was not prepared and ready for us as the owner decided we would not need to use it as there were 4 of us traveling. I rented the property because it had 4 bedrooms as i didnt want adults sleeping on twin beds. The other separate bedroom also smelled musty. The grounds needed some attention as there was weeds growing around the patio bricks...

"We stayed in this beautiful home and we had a great time! The communication between myself and the owner as well as Filipa was wonderful! Filipa would respond right away and even gave beach suggestions, down to the taxi information etc. The location is somewhat remote but a 5-7 min drive away from places to eat and the groceries- definitely need a car! We checked in pretty late at night so while it was smooth once we finally got to the right security gate the gps had us go to one gate but it was...

"Loved this little gem very close to the airport. From the outside it was the nicest home in the neighborhood. On a cul de sac, so minimal traffic. Lush vegetation outside and clean, modern, simple but lavish interior and upgrades. Ceiling fans!!! ❤️. Loved that we had driveway parking with a gate. The beds were comfortable, toiletries were plentiful and quality, towel and linens were plush, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, etc. The only complaint was that I could not find any ice cube trays....

"Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöne 2 Wochen. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass man die knapp 2km auch mal zu Fuß an den Strand laufen kann. Allerdings schaffen das nur Hartgesottene, da es keinen Gehweg gibt. Mit Kindern oder Surfboard leider nicht möglich. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, merkt man, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Pool macht v.a. den Kids viel Spaß, gerade bei 30 Grad+"

"Very well equipped. We were particularly impressed with the amount of toys and stuff to entertain the children. Unfortunately the restaurants and bars were too far out to walk to with the children. We made the most of the outside kitchen and had a lovely relaxing stay!"

"Booked this villa for a big family holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday. Paulo made the booking process so easy with same day replies to all our questions leading up to the holiday, handy tips and being so accommodating to our requests even during our stay. The villa had something for everyone. With the heated pool, jacuzzi, games room and lovely local beaches - we had the best time! About 30/40 mins from Lisbon - super easy to book Ubers. We're so glad we treated ourselves to the private...

"The villa was located in an upscale neighborhood close to several restaurants and stores. The only disappointing aspect was that only two of the five bedrooms had air conditioners and it was very warm during our July stay—room fans would have been helpful. The host Alice was nice and friendly. We were a group of 11 and the pool and ping pong table was enjoyable for the children."

"De woning op zich was prima, ruim genoeg en schoon. Ik vind de prijs kwaliteit verhouding te groot, zo is er geen tuin bij de woning. Wel een klein terras met weinig privacy, het mooie uitzicht wordt compleet tenietgedaan door een dorre heg.Verder waren er 2 kleine theedoeken(?) dat is echt te weinig voor 2 weken verblijf..ook geen vuilniszakken op voorraad,geen vaatwastabletten extra.
